1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the website and engaging the services of Adam SEO, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of Malaysia.

2. Services

Adam SEO provides SEO consulting and related services including:

  • E-commerce SEO
  • Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
  • Technical SEO audits and remediation
  • AEO and GEO (AI search optimization)
  • Conversion Rate Optimization aligned with the 4-Stage Framework

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Discovery audits are free. Custom project pricing is confirmed in writing before engagement begins. Payment terms are documented in each engagement contract.

4. Engagement and Cancellation

Retainer engagements run on a month-to-month basis after the first 3-month commitment period. Notice for cancellation: 30 days written notice. Pro-rated refunds are not provided for the final billing period.

5. Service Outcomes

SEO is a long-term strategy. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes. We commit to the deliverables and methodology defined in your engagement contract.

6. Limitation of Liability

Adam SEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 90 days.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, the 4-Stage Framework methodology, and proprietary processes — is the property of Adam SEO and is protected by copyright laws.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients in writing. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.
